Pure Movement's Aqua Cardio and Strength class is just as it sounds! A high energy cardio and strength class, utilizing the hydroevolution resistance bells and fins!

6 Week Session

Starting the week of November 10th (scroll to that date to sign up!)

Thursdays 1:30 - 2:15pm 

Fridays 12:30 - 1:15pm 

Registration is November 5th

$120+HST
