The Town of Collingwood Aqua Therapy classes at Centennial Pool! - This is the only class that takes place off-site
If you have any mobility issues, recently recovered from an injury or want to get exercising again, this class is for you! It will start by being a slow paced class, working on improving mobility of your joints, then progressing to strength and cardio exercises. The goal of this class is to have you feeling comfortable moving in the water, building some foundational strength in hopes to prepare you for the very fun and vigorous aquafit class!
Experience a revitalizing class designed to enhance full-body mobility and balance. Be guided through a dynamic warm-up to gently prepare your muscles and joints for some low-impact cardio, followed by specialized balance exercises to help improve coordination and stability, ending with a restorative stretch, leaving you feeling nice and relaxed.
Experience our invigorating 45-minute small group Aqua Circuit class! Start with a warm-up to ease into the session, followed by energizing cardio to get the heart rate up. Our strength circuit is designed to help strengthen muscle while being joint-friendly, with balance exercises to help enhance stability and coordination. We will finish the class off with a nice full body stretch.
This is not your typical aquafit class! Pure Movement's Aqua Cardio and Strength class is just as it sounds! A high energy cardio and strength class, utilizing the hydroevolution resistance bells and fins!
