Group Aqua Therapy Classes

The aqua therapy class is coming back to Centennial Pool! It will be taught by Registered Kinesiologist, Victoria Galletta.

If you have any mobility issues, recently recovered from an injury or want to get exercising again, this class is for you! It will start by being a slow paced class, working on improving mobility of your joints, then progressing to strength and cardio exercises. The goal of this class is to have you feeling comfortable moving in the water, building some foundational strength in hopes to prepare you for the very fun and vigorous aquafit class! 

The next aqua therapy session will run for 8 weeks at the Centennial Aquatics Centre!

Spring Session I - Currently FULL

Monday March 17 - May 12

Wednesday March 19 - May 7

Registration Tuesday March 4 at 11:30am 

Cost - $85+HST 

Spring Session II

Monday May 26 - June 30

Wednesday May 21 - June 25

Registration - May 6th at 11:30am

Cost - $63.50+HST

NOTE: due to the popularity of the class we ask that you sign up for 1 class and you can give your preference for a second class to the Centennial Customer Service Rep.
